Pike man gets 3-6 for fatal crash

MILFORD - A 23-year-old Pike County man was sentenced Thursday to three to six years in state prison for his role in a 2007 wreck that killed a 21-year-old woman.

Nathan Krape of Matamoras pleaded guilty May 1 to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence on June 7, 2007, when he crashed his Ford Focus into a tree on Sunrise Lakes Drive in Dingman Twp., killing his passenger, Danielle Carman of Dingmans Ferry.

Mr. Krape also was fined $5,000, ordered to pay $10,300 in restitution, and had his driver's license suspended for three years by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen.
