Eight sentenced in Wayne County

The following were sentenced Thursday by Wayne County President Judge Raymond L. Hamill:

- Trever Hartley-Miele, 22, Moscow, 10 days to 12 months in county jail after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Aaron Eisenhauer, 20, Lake Ariel, 13 to 84 months in state prison and $8,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to forgery, criminal trespass and robbery.

- Sharae Moses, 18, Honesdale, 10 days to 23½ months in county jail and $1,170 restitution after pleading guilty to simple assault.

- Anthony Zawada, 42, Tuscarora, a year's probation and $4,400 restitution after pleading guilty to theft by deception.

- Michael Scully, 19, Hawley, 30 days' probation and $250 fine after plead- ing guilty to possession of marijuana.

- Anthony Possemato II, 19, Masonville, N.Y., 30 days to 23½ months in jail and $1,620 restitution after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property.

- Kevin Dulay, 36, Honesdale, a year's probation and $200 fine after pleading guilty to unsworn falsification to authorities.

- Amber Ryan, 21, Newfoundland, 15 days to 23½ months in county jail after pleading guilty to identity theft.
