Eight sentenced in Lackawanna County on Tuesday

Lackawanna County Judge Michael Barrasse sentenced the following people Tuesday:

- Timothy D. Kelminski, 26, Scranton, two years and four months to six years in prison followed by two years of probation after pleading guilty to delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Mohammad Wadod, 26, Scranton, one month in prison and two months of house arrest followed by 21 months of probation and $1,182 in restitution after pleading guilty to welfare fraud.

- Eric Klein, 25, Scranton, 15 months to three years in prison followed by two years of probation after pleading guilty to possessing instruments of a crime.

- Joseph P. Archer, 25, Scranton, nine months to two years in prison followed by two years of probation after pleading guilty to indecent assault.

- Joshua H. Williams, 26, Cortland, N.Y., one year and 15 days to three years and one month in prison followed by two years of probation after pleading guilty to illegal possession of a firearm, possessing a firearm with an altered serial number, possession of a small amount of marijuana and littering.

- Steven Eltz, 26, Carbondale, three months in prison and three months of house arrest followed by four years and three months of probation after pleading guilty to DUI.

- Jose J. Jaquez, 39, Scranton, five to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated indecent assault.

- Chad D. Howey, 32, Carbondale, three months in prison and three months of house arrest followed by 2½ years of probation after pleading guilty to delivery of a controlled substance.
