How long has your company been in business?

For 50 years. It's a major milestone in my life, from friends and family that helped me to reach this.

What kind of work do you do?

We do gas and oil baseboard radiation, new water service, bathroom installation, sewer lines, hot water heaters and a lot more.

What kind of training have you had?

I served five years apprenticeship with my father. I attended many seminars and classes on new plumbing and heating equipment over the years. Almost every year we go to different seminars and classes that different companies have. We just have to keep up with many new changes in the plumbing and heating trade.

It's said that every car is different to work on; are houses the same?

Every house and every job we go into is always different. No two jobs are the same in houses.

What's your secret to success?

There aren't any secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, being self-confident, self discipline, determination, hard work, learning from failure and having a good attitude to people. Attitude means readjustment.

Do you have any advice for newcomers in the industry?

Always exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. And, a cheap stress reliever is a smile. Just remember it takes 72 muscles to frown and only 14 to smile.
